Opening March 15, 2026 — The Capital Grille is bringing its nationally celebrated steakhouse experience to Lone Tree, marking Colorado's second location after the flagship Denver restaurant in Larimer Square.

The Concept: The Capital Grille has earned its reputation over 60+ locations nationwide as the gold standard for business dining and special occasions. Every steak is dry-aged in-house for 18-24 days, then hand-carved daily by their culinary team. The result is exceptional tenderness and flavor that sets them apart from typical steakhouse chains.

What to Expect: Based on the Denver location and Capital Grille's national standards, the Lone Tree restaurant will feature signature cuts including the 22oz Bone-In Ribeye, 10oz Filet Mignon, and Bone-In Dry Aged NY Strip. Fresh seafood, including Seared Citrus Glazed King Salmon and whole lobster, rounds out the menu alongside refined appetizers like Steak Tartare and Pan-Fried Calamari.

The Wine Program: Capital Grille is known for one of the most impressive restaurant wine programs in the country, with 5,000+ bottles spanning award-winning selections from around the world. Many locations have earned Wine Spectator recognition.

The Space: The brand-new 8,897 square foot building will seat approximately 256 guests, featuring the brand's signature dark wood, elegant lighting, and private dining rooms for business meetings and celebrations. Construction is active on the site of the former Red Lobster at 9067 Westview Road.
