A5 Steakhouse in LoDo elevates Denver’s steak scene with Japanese precision and top-tier American Wagyu. In a sleek, teak-lined dining room, buttery dry-aged cuts—like the signature A5 ribeye—arrive alongside inventive sides such as black-garlic mashed potatoes and shishito-pepper tempura.
